Your files never leave your device. When you compress, convert, or extract audio from a video here, all of the work happens inside your own browser. We never receive, see, copy, or store your files. There is no upload.

For a job, we may record coarse, non-personal details like the tool used and the rough file size in megabytes. Standard technical information (such as your browser type and general region) may be logged by our hosting provider as part of serving the website, the same as any website.
